Nic has always loved real estate, investing any extra cash in to bricks and mortar wherever possible.  He has built up an impressive portfolio of properties which he has built from the ground up, complete with exemplary finishes proving that he has inherited the Roldan passion for design.  Nic's mother, Dee, is a talented interior designer and when she and her son pitch their ideas together, real estate magic happens.
